How Our Mission Becomes Action
In Ephemeral Players, our values aren’t just words—they guide everything we do. Here’s how we put our mission into practice:
ACCESSIBILITY
We believe theater should be within reach for everyone. That’s why tickets will never exceed $30. We also offer sliding-scale pricing and the option to donate above the ticket price if you’d like to help contribute toward future Ephemeral Players productions.
SUPPORTING SOCIAL CAUSES
Each production uplifts a cause connected to the play’s themes. A portion of every ticket sold goes directly to these organizations. We share resources and information in our programs so you can learn more, contribute, or find support—whether that’s mental health and suicide prevention resources during Stupid Fucking Bird, or other vital community services.
EMPOWERING EMERGING ARTISTS
We are committed to cultivating the next generation of theater-makers. Our ensemble and creative teams are drawn from a vibrant pool of young and emerging actors, writers, directors, and designers. Productions include:
Internship opportunities and creative positions for professional student creatives
Roles for student actors
At least one new work featured in our mainstage season
New plays prioritized for our readings
By making theater accessible, socially engaged, and artistically adventurous, we hope to build a community that inspires—and belongs to—everyone.
